Registered Nurses (RGNs)
to join our growing healthcare team, supporting care homes and healthcare providers across the UK.
As a registered nurse with us, you'll deliver exceptional standards of person-centred care, uphold clinical excellence, and ensure the safety and dignity of every resident. You'll work in collaboration with care staff, families, and allied professionals to promote the best possible outcomes for service users.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Conduct assessments, care planning, and health monitoring
Lead shifts and delegate tasks to care staff appropriately
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with care standards
Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns when needed
Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
Requirements:
Valid
NMC PIN
and RGN qualification
Minimum 6 months of recent experience in a care home or clinical setting
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
A caring, professional attitude and team spirit
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
