We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to best practices and safety protocols. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history.
Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.
Experience
A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is essential.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified nurses.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Proficiency in basic nursing procedures and familiarity with medical equipment is advantageous.
