Job Description

Are you looking for a new start to the new year. If so the Intermediate Care Team are looking for a band 5 nurse to join our friendly and enthusiastic nursing team. Holy Name is a community bedded unit which specializes in therapies and rehabilitation, therefore as well as being a part of this service you will have the opportunity to utilize a wide range of nursing skills, and learn new skills. Full training and support will be provided.



To support senior and to supervise junior staff in the provision of competent, sensitive and safe nursing care within the Community Bedded Units or in completing prevent admissions.



Take responsibility for running of the department during a shift in the absence of more senior staff



Take responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for a group of patients
