We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RGN)
to join our team inPE20 1DS
. This is afull-time role (42 hours per week)
with a requirement to work bothday and night shifts
.Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Complete assessments and maintain up-to-date care plans. Monitor residents' health and respond to changes promptly. Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical standards. Work closely with the care team and other professionals.
Requirements:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration. 1-2 years of nursing experience (care home experience beneficial). Able to work both day and night shifts. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate and committed to delivering high-quality care.
