What We Offer
19.76 per hour
Contracted Up to 44 hours per week
Shift times: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Enhanced overtime pay (time and a half)
Paid NMC fees, Pension scheme

What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse on our day shift team, you will provide person-centred nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs. You will be responsible for medication administration, monitoring clinical observations, leading and supporting the care team throughout the day, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring each person feels safe, respected, and empowered. With a strong focus on promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing, you will contribute to a calm, engaging, and homely atmosphere. You will also respond promptly to any changes in residents' health and ensure that all care is delivered safely, compassionately, and in line with best practice.
What We're Looking For
Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
Passionate about person-centred care
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Approachable, calm, and respectful under pressure
Experience in care homes is welcome but not essential -- we welcome newly qualified nurses and those new to care
