Registered Nurse - Learning Disabilities (RNLD)

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RNLD to join our care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, working across both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care Support residents with complex needs, ensuring dignity and respect at all times Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external professionals Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring best practices are followed Respond effectively to emergencies and clinical needs during shifts

Requirements:

NMC registered nurse (RNLD) with relevant post-registration experience Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in a care setting Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills A full UK Driving Licence Compassionate, professional, and committed to high standards of care

Pay: From 22.60 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
