Duties

The ideal candidate must have proven experience working within both the NHS and domiciliary care environments. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings including homes, community services, and hospitals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care in line with individual care plans, NHS standards, and CQC regulations.
Administer medications and manage medical treatments safely and effectively.
Monitor patient conditions, record observations, and escalate concerns when necessary.
Provide wound care, catheterisation, PEG feeds, and other clinical interventions as required.
Support individuals with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and age-related conditions.
Collaborate with GPs, multidisciplinary teams, and families to provide coordinated care.
Promote independence and dignity while assisting with personal care.
Conduct health assessments and contribute to care planning.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with GDPR and safeguarding policies.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care or appropriate escalation.
Ensure infection control procedures are adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) Registration
- Must be a Registered Nurse in the UK.
Right to Work in the UK

NHS Experience
- Minimum 6 months of recent experience working within the NHS is required.
Domiciliary Care Experience
- Previous experience in providing community or home-based care is essential.
Clinical Competency

Enhanced DBS Check
- Required prior to employment (can be processed during recruitment).
Full UK Driving Licence & Access to a Vehicle
- Preferred for domiciliary visits.
