We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join our friendly and professional care team. You will play a vital role in delivering the highest standard of person-centred care, ensuring the wellbeing, comfort, and dignity of all residents.As an RGN, you will be responsible for overseeing care practices, administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and leading the care team to provide exceptional support to residents.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with clinical guidelines and policies Administer and monitor medication and treatments accurately Conduct regular assessments and update individual care plans Support, guide, and supervise care staff to ensure quality care delivery Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Maintain high standards of infection control, health, and safety
Requirements
Valid
NMC registration (RGN)
Minimum of1 year's nursing experience
(nursing home experience preferred) Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compassionate, professional, and reliableJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
