We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions. Provide direct patient care, including wound care, and assistance with daily living activities. Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment plans, and preventive care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.

Experience

Candidates should have the following skills and qualifications:

Proven experience in medication administration, demonstrating knowledge of pharmacology and safety protocols. Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology to effectively assess and treat patients. A genuine passion for patient care, with the ability to empathise with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
