Key Requirements:
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse. NMC-registered with relevant post-registration experience. Excellent communication skills. Strong knowledge and skills relevant to the nursing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care according to individual care plans. Monitor and record residents' health and wellbeing. Support residents with personal care and daily activities. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
