Salary: 21.00 per hour + Paid Breaks

Shift Pattern: Night Shifts Available (2 or 3 shifts per week)

We are a supportive nursing home in Liversedge seeking a compassionate and skilled RGN to join our team. We offer flexible full-time or part-time night shifts and value the well-being of our staff with paid breaks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding clinical and personal care to residents as a Staff Nurse*, ensuring their dignity and well-being are always prioritised.

Confidently and accurately conduct medication rounds, adhering to all safety protocols and NMCguidelines.
Work autonomously without supervisionduring night shifts, demonstrating strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Work collaboratively in hand with the Deputy Managerand multidisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
Monitor residents' health, recognise any changes in condition, and act upon them promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring all documentation meets CQCand company standards.
Provide support and guidance to care assistants, promoting best practices in elderly care*.

What We Are Looking For (Essential Requirements):

A valid NMC PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). Please note: This role is for an RGN, not an RMN.*

A minimum of 3 years experience working as a RGN*.

Recent UK nursing home experience is essential. The last 12 months of experience must be within a nursing home or care homesetting.
Proven experience in conducting medication roundsand working autonomously.
A strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge, particularly in elderly careand long-term conditions.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, professional nature.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
