Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities

Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines. Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse. Proven experience in medication administration and patient care is essential. Strong knowledge of anatomy is advantageous for effective patient assessment and intervention. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. A compassionate approach towards patient care with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: 35.00 per hour
