Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with NMC guidelines Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records Provide clinical support including wound care, catheter care, and palliative care Supervise and guide care staff to ensure exceptional standards Ensure residents' dignity, wellbeing, and safety at all times Liaise effectively with families, GPs, and multidisciplinary teams

Previous nursing home experience is essential
