Responsibilities

Assist with medical procedures, including wound care, injections, and other treatments as required
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality at all times
Educate patients and their families about health management, medication use, and post-discharge care instructions
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans
Ensure infection control standards are strictly followed within the clinical environment
Support the organisation of patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as necessary
Skills
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice
Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosage calculations and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions and empathetic support to patients and families
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure
Compassionate approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centred care
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and best practices in nursing
