We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our team. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a care home setting, ensuring their wellbeing, and maintaining excellent clinical standards across flexible shifts.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care. Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records. Monitor residents' health and wellbeing and respond to their needs promptly. Support and guide care staff to maintain high standards of care.
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of permanent nursing home experience. Strong clinical skills, communication, and leadership abilities.
Qualification:
Registered General Nurse (
RGN
) with valid NMC registration.Note:
