An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Manager to join a care facility based in Belfast. This key role involves overseeing the care of Dementia, Elderly, and Learning Disability patients, offering a competitive salary range of \xc2\xa355,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa360,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership: Provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional and person-centered care to patients with Dementia, Elderly, and Learning Disabilities.

Team Management: Supervise and support nursing staff, fostering a positive working environment and optimising staffing levels.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of care through regular assessments, reviews, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Specialised Care: Apply your expertise in providing specialised care for patients with Dementia, Elderly care needs, and Learning Disabilities.

Communication: Build effective relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Maintain clear and open communication channels to enhance the overall patient experience.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and standards, actively participating in audits and inspections.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Proven experience in a senior nursing role, with managerial responsibilities, preferably in a healthcare setting that includes Dementia, Elderly, and Learning Disability care.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare legislation and regulations.
