Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to service users, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to management. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse. Proven experience in a care home clinical setting is preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in clinical practice. Demonstrated skills in medication administration and patient care techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating strong organisational skills.
