Job Title: Registered Nurse (RGN) - Part-Time Nights - Nursing Home

Location: Morecambe, LA3

Salary: 21.00 per hour (Competitive)

Shift Pattern: Part-Time (1 Night per Week)

### About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our dedicated team at a well-established nursing home in Morecambe, LA3. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and skilled RGN / RMN / RNLD to provide high-quality clinical care to elderly residents in a supportive environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

- Conduct medication rounds safely and efficiently, adhering to NMC guidelines.

- Work autonomously during night shifts, making critical decisions when required.

- Collaborate with the Deputy Manager and multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CQC standards.

- Provide leadership and support to care staff, promoting best practices in elderly care.

### Requirements:

- Valid NMC Pin (Active registration)

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a nursing home / care home setting.

- Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and care planning.

- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.

- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
