Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of anatomy and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and delivering high-quality nursing services in various healthcare settings.

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical histories. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.

Requirements

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
