Role Responsibilities

As a

Registered Staff Nurse

, you will work within a dedicated healthcare team to provide 24-hour nursing care across units that include:

Frail Elderly Dementia Care Adults living with Physical Disabilities
You will:

Develop strong working relationships with Health Trust personnel Report to the Unit Manager / Director of Nursing Communicate effectively with residents, families, and friends Maintain good relationships with GPs and Health Trust teams Actively oversee and monitor care records Complete care procedures and practices Demonstrate excellent time management

Qualifications

Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse Strong patient care skills and thorough understanding of anatomy Proficient in medication administration and adherence to safety protocols Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
