Some people treat conditions. You treat people--with science, instinct, and extraordinary kindness.
We're looking for three dedicated, thoughtful, and quietly brilliant
Nurses
to join our team at
Connaught Care
--a luxury, all-inclusive care home group where clinical excellence meets five-star hospitality, and where residents are cared for not only in body, but in spirit, and mind.
With six beautifully designed homes open and six more on the way, Connaught is one of the UK's most forward-thinking care providers. Our residents live surrounded by elegance, choice, and comfort--but none of it matters without someone like you, leading with clinical skill, human warmth, and calm reassurance.
This isn't a ward. This is a home. And that changes everything.
What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to residents with dignity, respect, and clinical precision
Lead and support care teams on shift, ensuring consistent standards of documentation, communication, and compassionate delivery
Monitor health conditions, administer medication, and liaise with GPs, families, and external professionals
Play a key role in care planning, assessments, and risk management, always with the resident's wellbeing at the centre
Act as a mentor, role model, and calm problem-solver during moments of uncertainty or challenge
Help shape a home environment that feels reassuring, restorative, and truly extraordinary
What You'll Bring:
A valid NMC PIN and current registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult)
Clinical confidence with a gentle, human-centred approach to care
Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills
A proactive attitude--thinking ahead, solving problems, and supporting your team with grace
A passion for care that treats the whole person*, not just the diagnosis
Why Connaught?
Because at Connaught, nursing isn't just respected--it's honoured. We know that nurses hold the emotional and clinical weight of the home, often quietly. And we're here to support you in return--with development, wellbeing, structured leadership, and the time and environment to do your job well.
You'll work in beautiful surroundings, with regular staffing ratios, no hospital chaos, and real time to get to know the people you care for. We'll invest in your growth--and support you to
Live a Life More Extraordinary
, too.
If you lead with compassion, act with confidence, and believe nursing should always feel like a calling--we'd love to hear from you.
