Your Responsibilities
As a Libertatem Registered Nurse, you will deliver
complex, person-centred clinical care
including:
Personal care (bowel, urinary, and hygiene routines)
Enteral feeding via jejunal tube
Night-time
BiPAP support
Medication administration
Suctioning and manual handling
Physiotherapy assistance
A key part of your role will be to coach, guide, and upskill the support workers
on the care package. You'll foster a learning environment, helping care staff grow in confidence and competence, ensuring consistent, safe, and high-quality care delivery overnight.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a Registered Nurse who is not only clinically competent, but also confident in
mentoring others
and working collaboratively within a home care setting.
You will need:
Valid
NMC registration
Experience in
complex care setting (ideally working with young adults or children)
Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and team leadership skills
A dependable, proactive, and kind-natured personality
A
UK driving licence
and access to a vehicle (essential for travel)
