Job Description

Burdon Grange is a unique and evolving care home for younger people who are living with neurological conditions, physical conditions and acquired brain injuries. Our aim is to ensure our residents fulfil their individual potentials by experiencing, motivating and exclusive holistic care within our pro-active and distinctive environment.

Our Registered Nurse job is a wide and varied role supporting our 30 wonderful residents, along with another nurse. Working with the team of Senior Carers and Carers along with a very dynamic team including a Physiotherapist and therapy assistants, a full activities team, a hydration team all working towards a common goal of enriching our residents lives.

You will find that Burdon Grange is friendly, busy , rewarding and absorbing.

You would be working in collaboration with the NHS MDT and other rehabilitation centres.
