As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and administering medications while ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications safely and effectively, ensuring adherence to protocols.
Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient conditions.
Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.
Experience
A valid nursing qualification with current registration as a Registered Nurse.
Proven experience in medication administration and patient care is essential.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
