About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of the care team, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and personalised care. You will collaborate with colleagues across clinical and care teams to maintain strong standards and deliver exceptional service.

Home Manager / Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
Administer medication and monitor residents' health needs.
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold regulatory compliance.
Work within a multidisciplinary team to support holistic resident wellbeing.
Promote dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
Skills and Attributes
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse.
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of nursing responsibilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently during night shifts and manage time well.
Education and Qualifications
NMC-registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
Relevant post-registration experience.
