Salary:

20.71per hour

Contracted hours:

38.5hours per week, 3-4 nights per week including some weekend working

Shift pattern:

7pm - 7am

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join the team in providing outstanding clinical care throughout the night.

As a Night Registered Nurse, your role may include:

Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to individual needs.

Ensure residents feel comfortable, safe, and reassured throughout the night.

Administer medications and conduct health monitoring with diligence and care.

Work closely with the night care team to maintain seamless continuity of care.

Offer emotional support to residents, fostering a calm and peaceful environment.

Mentor and support junior staff, helping them develop their skills.

Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our 'Reward Me' app. Flexible pay is available via 'WAGESTREAM'. Advertised pay rates are for shifts worked from 1st April 2023.

What are we looking for?



Qualified as Registered General Nurses (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN)

Compassionate, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering person-centred care

Experienced in nursing home care (preferred but not essential)

Excellent communicators with a team-oriented approach

Flexibility to work shift patterns across the whole week, including weekend working, on a rolling rota
