Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care.
This role will cover three night shifts per week from 20:00 - 08:00.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
