About the Role:

We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)

to join our nursing team for night shifts at our care facility in

NN13

. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a nursing home environment and be committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and oversee high standards of nursing care during night shifts Administer medication and treatments as prescribed Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans Provide leadership and support to care staff throughout the night Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance with clinical standards

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN Previous experience working in a nursing home setting Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively during night hours Compassionate and professional approach to care
