Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support patients and their families, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and manage high standards of nursing care Support residents with medical and personal needs Work collaboratively with the wider care team Maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date clinical records Promote dignity, respect, and wellbeing among residents

Qualifications

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN) Relevant post-registration nursing experience Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is preferred
