About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our reputable nursing home in Gateshead. This is a full-time night position, offering excellent pay, paid breaks, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care to residents. Administer medication, monitor clinical interventions, and maintain accurate care records. Lead and support care staff during night shifts to ensure continuity of care. Respond promptly to residents' clinical and emotional needs. Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding procedures, and all clinical governance requirements. Work collaboratively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

NMC-registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD). Excellent clinical knowledge and the ability to make sound decisions. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. A caring, empathetic, and professional approach. Previous experience in a nursing home environment is an advantage but not essential.
