Salary:
27.00 per hour + Paid BreaksHours:

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents during night shifts. Lead and manage medication rounds safely and efficiently. Monitor residents' conditions and respond promptly to clinical needs. Work independently and provide leadership to care staff on shift. Maintain accurate documentation in line with NMC and CQC standards. Promote a safe, caring, and supportive environment.
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN)
- essential. Minimum2 years' experience
as a registered nurse. Strong knowledge of medication administration and clinical practice. Ability to workindependently without direct supervision
.Up-to-date DBS
required.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 27.00 per hour
