36-40 hours per week (night shifts, including alternate weekends)
From 21.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

As a

Registered Nurse

, you'll play a key role in providing clinical care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care, comfort, and supervision throughout the night.

Your duties will include:

Ensuring comprehensive care plans are in place and regularly reviewed in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy. Maintaining ongoing assessment and review of residents' health and wellbeing. Administering medication safely and accurately. Applying surgical dressings and providing other forms of treatment as required. Providing advice on nursing care and disease prevention. Supervising and supporting Health Care Assistants. Ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective handovers to the day team. Helping maintain a calm, safe, and supportive environment overnight.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

A qualified Registered Nurse with an

active NMC PIN

. Experienced in a care or nursing home environment. Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering person-centred care. Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure. A strong communicator who works well as part of a team. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

Active

NMC PIN

(required). Prior experience as a Registered Nurse. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
