Night Nurse

to join our warm and welcoming care home team, providing high-quality nursing care to our residents throughout the night.

our Role:

Deliver person-centred care and clinical support to residents Monitor and manage residents' health conditions overnight Administer medications and maintain accurate records Respond to emergencies and liaise with on-call professionals as needed Support care staff and ensure a calm, safe environment

W

hat we are looking for:

A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is essential. Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a hospital or healthcare facility. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, along with excellent patient care skills. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
