We are currently seeking a
Registered Nurse
to join our dedicated night team. The ideal candidate will have strongclinical skills
and a compassionate approach to care. You will be working alongside care assistants during the night shift to provide support withcontinence care
and ensure high standards of nursing practice are maintained at all times.Key Responsibilities:
Provide and oversee high-quality nursing care during night shifts. Support care assistants and ensure person-centred care delivery. Administer medications and maintain accurate records. Monitor residents' health and well-being, responding to any changes promptly. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and uphold NMC standards.
Requirements:
Valid
NMC Registration
Provenclinical experience
in a care home or similar healthcare setting. Ability to work effectively within a team and under minimal supervision. Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering exceptional care.Schedule:
36 hours per week
Night shifts only
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
