What You'll Do:
Deliver high standards of nursing care in line with NMC guidelines. Assess, plan, and implement person-centred care plans. Administer medication safely and effectively. Support, mentor, and guide care staff. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Maintain accurate care records and promote residents' dignity and wellbeing.

A valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD). A caring, compassionate approach and a genuine passion for elderly care. Good communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
