We are a privately owned 29 bed home with care at the heart of all we do. The home is run by the two managers, one clinical and one care alongside dedicated team - we would love you to join us!

We are an accredited training centre. Our nurses are champions of areas of care which interest them. We have student nurses from Exeter Uni and UWE coming to us on placement.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to work ONE OR TWO NIGHTS A WEEK ON A CONTRACT, WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY. You will join a large team of friendly nursing staff. Chance to be part of a motivated and forward thinking team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents and ensuring that their needs are met during either during the day or at night.

Responsibilities

Administer medication and treatment to residents as prescribed by physicians Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the manager on duty Assist in the admission and discharge process of residents Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive the best possible care Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements

Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a nursing home environment or equivalent Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with residents, their families, and colleagues Comfortable working day or night shifts Eligibility to work in the UK (you could be on a COS elsewhere)
