Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
