We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across various departments, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
Monitor patient vital signs, administer medication, and assist with medical procedures as directed by physicians.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication regimes, and health management strategies.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to develop personalised care plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Respond promptly to emergencies, providing immediate nursing support when required.
Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in nursing care.
Qualifications
Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is desirable but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided for newly qualified nurses.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to provide clear information to patients and work effectively within a team.
