We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join a well-established Nursing Home located in

Crook, DL15

. This is a permanent night position, offering 33 hours per week, with a supportive team and a warm, resident-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with NMC guidelines. Lead and support care staff during night shifts to ensure safe and effective service delivery. Carry out assessments, develop care plans, and ensure accurate documentation. Administer medications safely and manage clinical tasks with professionalism. Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in residents' conditions. Promote dignity, respect, and person-centred care at all times.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. Previous experience working in a nursing home or similar clinical setting is preferred. Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work independently on nights. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent care.
