Calling all Registered Nurses (preferably RGNs - or at least with some experience of general nursing) that are passionate about delivering high-quality person-centred care. As a Care Home Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality healthcare services to residents within our Home. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals who require nursing care. We are passionate about supporting older people to maintain a high quality of life, backed by our compassionate and highly trained team, many of whom have been with us for years. Situated in a lovely area, next to Glyncornel lake, we are a delightful, small nursing home (only 16 beds)- that has supported older people in this community for over 30 years.

What you'll do:

? Provide direct patient care in a home setting

? Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

? Monitor and assess patient's condition and make any specialist referrals, as appropriate

? Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

? Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan

What we're looking for:

? Experienced in nursing for at least 1 year (preferred)

? Able to provide compassionate and resident-centred care

? Excellent with communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and Care Home team members

? Proficient in performing basic medical procedures, such as wound care and medication administration

? Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a home care setting

Pay:

20.00 per hour

Hours:

2 times a week week 1, 1 night a week week 2 rota , 19:00pm to 7:00am,
