As a key member of the nursing team, you will be responsible for clinical duties, medication administration, care planning, and supporting junior staff. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional nursing care in line with clinical standards and best practices.
Administer and record medication safely and accurately.
Monitor residents' conditions, responding promptly to changes in health.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation, including care plans and daily notes.
Promote residents' independence and dignity in all aspects of care.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals.
Supervise and support care staff to ensure quality care delivery.
Participate in clinical audits, reviews, and staff training as required.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a
Registered Nurse
in a care home or similar clinical setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently.
