Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our nursing care team on a full-timenight shift
basis.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care during night shifts. Administer medications and treatments in line with professional standards. Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and monitor residents' wellbeing. Supervise care staff and ensure safe, effective delivery of care. Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with safeguarding and health & safety guidelines. Provide support to residents and their families with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements:
Valid
NMC registration
as an RGN or RMN. Minimum1 year of nursing experience
(care home experience preferred). Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:
