The Role

We are looking for a

Registered Nurse

to join our dedicated care team at Capel Grange Care Home. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting residents with their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing, and ensuring all clinical practices meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Place residents at the heart of care delivery, promoting their wishes, preferences, and wellbeing. Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team. Administer and manage medication safely and accurately, following all legal and professional guidelines. Monitor and assess residents' health needs, responding to any changes promptly and appropriately. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory standards. Safeguard and promote the welfare of residents at all times. Support and guide Care Assistants, ensuring teamwork and high standards of care across the home.

About You

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

. Proven experience in a clinical or care home setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to person-centred care. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must have the

legal right to work in the UK
