Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents Administer medications and monitor patient responses Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans Conduct regular health assessments and maintain accurate records Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Participate in staff training and development programs Promote a positive and supportive environment within the home

Qualifications

Valid nursing registration (RN) with relevant qualifications Strong knowledge of patient care practices and anatomy Experience in medication administration and monitoring Excellent communication skills and empathy towards patients Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Previous experience in a residential or similar setting is preferred
