Your Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical care to residents in our care home/nursing home environment

- Manage medication rounds with precision and adherence to NMC guidelines

- Work autonomously during day shifts with minimal supervision

- Collaborate with the Deputy Manager on resident care plans

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CQC standards

- Champion person-centered care for elderly residents

Essential Requirements:

- Active NMC PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD registration)

- Minimum 3 years' experience in nursing homes/care homes

- Proven ability in medication administration and clinical procedures

- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability

- Passion for delivering high-quality elderly care
