We are seeking a dedicated
Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN)
to join our night team at a well-established nursing home. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care during night shifts and support the wellbeing of all residents.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and supervise nursing care during night shifts. Administer and manage medication safely according to NMC standards. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure residents' safety and wellbeing. Uphold high standards of person-centred care and comply with CQC regulations.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN)
with a valid NMC registration.Previous nursing home experience
is essential. Must be available overChristmas and New Year
(no pre-booked holidays). Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Compassionate, professional, and reliable.Schedule:
Night shifts: 38.5 hours per week One week: 3 nights Following week: 4 nights Consistent rota pattern
