An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our amazing team at Stratford Bentley Care Centre in the centre of Stratford Upon Avon next to the river. We are a small family run 26 bed nursing home with an excellent reputation within the local community and rated as Good with the CQC.

Duties to include:

Medication, management and administration Care planning and risk assessing Wound management Supervision of junior staff Ensuring the delivery of person centred care Liaising with other health care professionals
Essential skills required for this post:

Valid NMC Registration Strong leadership skills that will enable you to lead and manage a team of care assistants The ability to work as part of a team and independently as and when required To ensure patient confidentiality at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act. 1+ years nursing experience
