Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional care to residents, including wound management and medication administration. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans. Provide leadership by supervising and delegating tasks to nursing staff. Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care. Create a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

Valid nursing license and registration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer skills for effective documentation. Strong team collaboration abilities and a compassionate approach to care.
