Our St Teresa's service supports adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex care needs. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming and empowering environment where every day brings new opportunities - whether that's celebrating a personal milestone, supporting a medical need, or helping someone achieve more independence.
Your working hours
You'll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.
Typical shifts may include:
Day shifts:

What you'll do
Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
Administer and manage medicines safely
Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice
Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
Whether you're newly qualified or have years of experience, you'll receive full induction, training, and ongoing professional development.

NMC registered nurse (essential)
A caring, empathetic and professional approach
Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and on-call
Experience in disability, residential or complex care nursing (advantageous but not essential)
