Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing patients' needs and developing individualised care plans. Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. Perform routine medical procedures and assist with diagnostic tests as required. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinical environment.

Requirements

Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments and care decisions. Proven experience in medication administration, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating strong independent decision-making skills. A compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and respect for diverse populations.
